You are allowed to cap yourself if one of the following persons is in the room and validates your run: Lyst, assi, criminal, homeboy, sick, wild and any of the official cappers. Of course you may get capped as well. Upload your capped runs to your desired oneclickhoster (megaupload.com, rapidshare.com) and send the links to assi, Green, me or one of the official cappers.

For those who aren't capped yet and get can't get capped, you are allowed to cap yourself. This because people can't go online and some having trouble with gamespy. -message from assi
