LOL there is nothing like planned provs plz^^ You r improv or you r not that's all. Also You can just pick some shits You need to do in your prov <like i did> and the rest is just your improvisation.

yes, it is. sorry but I don't get provs when I have to pass some of elements. a point of gt's or stick it's is pass the elements. so in improvs I can make 2 mins something like tfs or really good improv and after only pass the objects. It looks like that. anyway your stick it was the best because you had another way and I really like that Wink

well have to agree that more creative stick its are not ones where u can use everything <manulas mainly @th3>. In this stick it element 2 was kinda hard to put in prov well when i ve found a way it was easy tho Tongue
