I can give you tips :
when you have the flag or the key, and the defender is 2 seconds behind you, don't make so much obvious turns. most of the time you get re
when you are defending in cz or ctf, be sure or try to be always between your opponent with the flag or key and your base or the zone you protect (no camp allowed
).
