well 10 teams, 5 winners in the quarters then what? might aswel do 12 in that case so its 12->6->3->2 or something like that

If I would be a Blue, I would choose 8 teams and don't care about 2 late teams. Rules are rules. Everyone got a chance to sign up. Especially when late teams visited c3 everyday. Now its a problem. Only solution with 10 teams would be playing a league with 2 gropus, and 5 teams, and best 2 teams from group advance to semifinal. But playing it and meeting each other on thps3 would be hard.
I see one more solution. Waiting for 2 teams and playing a tourney with 12 teams. So it would be 12>6>3. Last 3 teams would play vs each other and team who get more caps would win. If Blue will accept 10teams, Im out, because Its not gonna work.
