and as far as I know you must have 2010 already cause I think if you don't game will crash already at loading but not sure.
however if you can't get it to work you can always replace the sk3_scripts.qb with the one found here and if you still have issues after that then remove levelmod.flt in data/miles.
also would be nice if you can post here more info like do you have 64 bit or 32 bit and what worked for you

I just checked VC redist page and it says System requirements
Supported operating systems: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows XP so it should work on xp

Hey, Im new on thps3 and ive got a problem with your mod.
first of all i am not using any mods (instead of one custom cas "Picollo") and playing via an image (without crack).
I extracted the files with your 4.0 installer into \activision\thps3 (where Skate3 is) and did the same with the 4.1 patch.
When I try to start the game now it says "Script bails.qb is corrupt. Game will now exit". Replacing it with the original files or deleting it does not work, because then I receive the next failure of anoter .qb-file.
I hope you can help me and sorry for my bad English, its not my native language.
edit: oh, almost forgot it. im using win7 x64 and installed it with administration rights and without - nothing worked.
edit2: after removing thps\data\settings and thps3\data\miles\levelmod.flt it still crashes on the same way...
edit3 lol: i replaced the scripts folder with the original one which was posted bei demon a few sites ago. then i installed the mod again. now it crashes cause of "ajc_scripts.qb" which is corrupt.

This error message does not exist in retail thps3 only time I have seen it is in THPS3 Demo so either your using demo or some strange pre-release version?
so either buy retail from amazon or dl rip off thps-mods.com

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately I never download things via torrent, cause its too unsecure and Snipes rips wont start downloading for me...
Ill check out some places for another rip. Maybe you could tell me the file size of the ISO?
Btw I wasnt using a retail version but the souldrinker rip. heres an info:

Well if your lucky you have all files then all you need todo is to get the nocd crack off this site and your good to go else you need dl the torrent from thps-mods it might also exist on some site like rapidshare quick google search should get you there.
