It means you're out of the tour if you lose 2 times, in stead of one.
Those who lose go to a loser-round and can still reach spot 2 or 3.

idk bout blind tho, he said he wasnt sure yet..so i wouldnt sign him up untill he tells you to. and if he doesnt sign up before first of august, i assume hes not in.

System:
NO doubble elimination. Just the regual single elimination (If you loose after group youre out). First 2 of each 8 groups move into the next round.
Group -best of 3
Last 16 -best of 3
Last 8 -best of 5
Last 4 - best of 5
Grandfinals -best of 7
edit: first game player chooses a lvl second aswell. 3rd will be la if required. All choosen levels can be the same.
next steps will be coming soon. just play your group games. and get another player.
