And not everyone has the control setting which is good for playing with one hand.

Well you could do it like this:

Arrow keys only.
So no grind, no grab, no flip tricks, no jump, no revert, no special etc. This wouldn't work with cz so best would be to do it with ctf. Person that does use anything but arrow keys loses.

Though this is just help colby out a bit, it would be pretty hard to pull this one of.
