If someone is not there you wait 10 minutes and then you start.
He can join in 2nd or 3rd or maybe last round and can win anyways.
And where are the results?

Well, even if you can win it in 1 game, you can't blame others for you being late.
The rule is wait 10 minutes, if you don't show up, reserves can play if there are some. So if people substituted us, you weren't able to play either. So from now on, if you're not there in time (+10 minutes), you have no right to play, unless everyone agrees on you joining.
