This is a "Active" topic!
This is gonna be a fully re-textured Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 in "High Definition", for the greater PC's of today.
All pictures will be similar or different just scaled in much higher resolution & more pixels which will make it look fantastic! You will need a newish PC and you should play it on highest resolution "1280x1024" for more Anti-Aliasing feature, if you would like I could customize make a desired resolution for each user for example: 1440x900, 1680x1050 & 1920x1080 for example.
This open source project will be nice if it contains a team, with a team we could finish it 3 times as fast & make it rock 2 times as much!
What I need?
I need people who can edit with programs like photo shop/paint.net that can re-size/recolor & crop. Also I need people who can find textures online which are similar in-game and are higher scaled resolutions. And lucky last, I need people who can import/rename or convert images to .tga. Thanks to Wild for keeping the project from out of its grave. I need all the help I can get, we can do it!

Legend:
Leader: Leads the project.
Textures: Re-sizes, Converts, Crops & Re-colors the textures.
Importer: Imports the textures using TDX-Tool.
Explorer: Finds textures similar to the original ones (higher scaled).

Thanks for the replies but it's a very time consuming process, LA should be done within like 2 days. It takes ages to find the right textures, if you want to help with this mod just give me a yell on this topic or via PM. Wish me luck!

It is easy to make the texture, hard trying to find which is which.
