Is it possible that i can't see any servers or is just nobody hosting?
Even if I try to write with people it seems like they dont see me and when I try to host my server stays empty.
Someone knows reason?

Sounds like you have version 1.00 check your version number in the mainmenu.

I'm able to see servers, players (etc.) but i'm not able to join servers, host my own one [...]
So yea, it's already patched @ 1.o1 and i did re-install like 10+ times..
What's the problem?

Maybe a firewall problem, try adding skate3.exe to the exceptions or shut down the firewall for a few minutes just to try.

psycho same thing happend to me when Lalita thought it would be funny to fuck my game up.
every time i tryed to do it that happend and since Lyst will not allow download links i can put link in a 7z file and what mods are u using? sometimes that fucks it up and Lalita has stopped fucking my game now 
here is file because i can't upload link (N)File is deleted, it doesn't matter if you put it in a zip, sharing links to illegal software is prohibited

That Sucks (N) i don't rember seeing that in rules. rules said don't put links and i didn't i put a 7z file well that sucks
