hi,
i got an vid recorded with fraps @ 60fps
my vid is 2 minutes but 3gb ?
how to compress is to normal size

You have to use a video editing program and when you got save it it'll ask you for the format, quality etc and size. The reason is fraps captures raw footage, which is extremely large in file size.
