win7 low framerate with fraps - krea - 11-18-2011 15:14

yo i got a new pc with win 7 and its rly fast a lot better than my old one. now i got my old fraps setup and installed but if i capture video the fps drops to 10, no matter what settings i use in fraps. has anyone using win7 got an idea how to fix that?

thats not what its about i had 25 fps on my old computer which was rly bad.i couldnt have a browser open listen to music and play th3 simultaneously. now i can do all that stuff and a lot more at the same time.it must be something with windows 7 setttings i think

Hmm on my old computer i had windows xp and had the same issue so its not that you could try closing somethings, best to try everything before you say its not the problem :Original

Try recording in window, it's amazing how it changes fps Original At least for me it works a lot better... Maybe if you recorded in window, you could use better resolution.
