New game modes + 32 players server BETA - imnofun - 07-24-2016 19:42 Alrighty. # This mod doesn't replace any existing gamemodes(aside from KOTH on Splitscreen, but who the hells plays that?), so you'll still be able to play free-for-all. # The (latest) levelmod is required. The dropdown list of the ESC menu is bugged since it is now longer, you'll have to use the LevelMod menu to go to Game Options > Game Type > choose the game > go to ESC menu and hit Start Game. # Back-up scripts are included in download. New game modes: Trick Attack w/ teams = speaks for itself. Combo Mambo w/ teams = free-for-all was not possible. This gamemode has score degration off(so your scores will be higher) and does not accumulate your scores, but does yours and yours teammates. Note: it's not the highest score that counts, it's the latest you land. Graffiti w/ teams = speaks for itself. Note, there is ofcourse only blue and red team, but the colors you use to tag remain the same, so host tags red, 2nd tags blue and etc.. stealing from your teammates is possible, but in the end it is a team effort! Slap w/ teams = speaks for itself. It's not possible to slap teammates. Your opponent is still respawned somewhere else after being slapped. King of the Hill w/ teams = as I said, it's not possible to slap teammates. Score is 1 second equals 1000 score. 32 Player lobby = netlobby is a gamemode just like graffiti and slap, the max player was set to 8, so I've changed this to 32. In the LevelMod menu I've also added the option to set to 32 people. This does not reflect yet in lobby, but in theory this might work. The toggle in netlobby still goes only to 8, when a server is full, it might let you pass, but in another situation the option to join might grey out. If you'd find the string where it does this and deleted it or added also 32 players option in netlobby it would most likely work. Couldn't find it, tho How-to install: Just extract the .zip file, copy the 3 .qb files and paste it in your THPS3 "Scripts" folder. A bit of too late with the release now everybody dieded maybe this will attract people again or this could be used at reunions. There still have to be added 24 player name colors, 24 graff colors and the netlobby menu has to be changed. You had the same comment on new game modes, yet here we are, 2016, new game modes which don't replace any existing game modes you play online. One of the things was I didn't get 1 address back when I found the correct hex for offset, but I did get like 10 with the same hex value.. lost it there. Also it didn't let me make a pointer(to be honest, I only tried 1 of the 10 addresses and gave up.) It might be do able to finish the 32 player server(although if someone would, it would be only used at an reunion), possibly there is no default color for player names, so that would fail when the 9th player would join in, I think.
