Just reopen the ports for your current IP and make sure your IP is static

try 100% disable anti virus still can't host? then problem is not anti virus can host? then problem is anti virus boom try another anti virus or live with it disabled while playing th3. btw one anti vir I had evan removed whole th3 thought it was a virus so it's normal that gay anti vir block th3.
