i had the same probem with it once, and i sent the skate3.exe file to them to examine it, and they replied that it was false alarm.
try the same

oh and i also have original cd

Oh I didn't read this topic before I had sent email to shin. Anyway your exe is most likely 100% virus free. Do what fatty said. It's false positive detection.

Check gameburnworld.com , it should have two noCDs. What they say is most likely true, false positives, but one of the two there does not flag as virus.
