Minor update

I moved the War of Heroes topics to the offtopic section and deleted the forum. Last post was in August 2010, so no need for that to be on the frontpage.

I also moved videos to the general category, because a media category with just 1 forum is useless. Now it's spread better across the categories and it takes a little less scrolling to get to the bottom forums Wink

Good changes. I hate when forums has too many sections. Phun forums are awful for example. Not that c3 ever had such a issues, but it's still nice change.
