Even if I infringe my own statement, I could highly recommend you Bandicam tho.
I just installed it myself, it's the latest version and cracked as well.
IMO the quality is the same but the size is WAY smaller and it doesn't have the stupid max 60 FPS lock while capping (doesn't matter in THPS3, but 60 FPS usually suck in other games).

You can costumize the capping FPS in Fraps...

It never worked out for me, 60 FPS was always MAX to me, my PC isn't that bad either..

FRAPS has had an option to not cap the FPS at all for awhile now.

Also getting more then 60fps in a game is useless unless you have a 120hz monitor. Most monitors are 60hz, which means they can only display 60fps max.
