For those who are Spanish or those who at least know Spanish and want their on-screen online messages to be Spanish, get it here: https://www.mediafire.com/?aivlbz760l5r68l
Copy it to "<THPS3 install directory>\Data\Scripts\". This 100% works even on English versions of the game, guaranteed. Also the chats appear on the left like in UltraTaber's netmessages.
