And in this area you just start your manual(means you can go everywhere from there as long you hold this manual)

musnt olli IN that manual, DURING the manual. You can ollie before you start the manual rey ( i think, i guess its up to mr norris).

for me it means: he say 1 manuel so its clear off ollies. you musnt ollie in that manuel. so you have 2 grind something and drop down in manuel.
