If he is registered here and visit c3 then ok but if he isnt even registered then he should do it and check forum at least once a day. I dont want ppl who dont even know when tour starts, rules etc and they think others will get those info for them. Not sure if he will be on msn much also. Just ppl who are hard to contact with are bad for tours. If he will register or visit site then it is other story and he will be in.

Well i was talkin with royal on game just few mins ago and he said he is a lot @ msn etc and that goof will keep him up to date. So ye thats how sign ups ended and the tour will start monday <r1> or even today but if today i will give like 12 days to play the matches cuz of rey's holidays so it will be pty a lot time for r1.

EDIT: there is 1 reserve place if doffen wont creat msn adress and there will be problems to contact with him . It means one more player can sign up if he want but not sure if he will play. Beside that we are done with sign ups.
