AGREED. She's half the reason I like the films.

Half? She's obvisiouly the only reason. The HP movies suck like hell and 75% don't match with the story of the books ...
Btw, I am a HP freak, I read each book twice or more and got all 7 audio books Laugh

We've got all the movies who are out, and all the seven books. NOT AUDIO BOOKS.

What the hell is Actie Xd.

And @ Foolish, I have to agree with you there. The films are nothing like the books (The casting is pretty decent though, Alan Rickman, Rupert Grint, Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltrane, all fit the characters perfectly). If they'd included everything, the films would be about 10 hours long each, which would please 100 odd HP fans, but to make money it had to be good for the majority.
I'm reading The Half Blood Prince again right now before the film comes out on Wednesday Laugh (Y)

Well yeah, I wouldn't really call the films bad. The actors for sure match and effects and all aren't bad tho, but it's just disappointing that they try to put the whole books in a 2 1/2 hours movie :8

Ok I went to see the Half Blood Prince today, so I'll give a bit of a review.

Firstly, loads of bits cut out (Prime Minister scene, Dumbledore's Funeral, and tons of less related bits), which was a shame, but expected. And then some random bits added in, like the Weasley's house being attacked and then being set on fire.. where the hell was that in the book?
Personally I thought the short length of it mauled the plot (it was pretty flimsy anyway, the other films all had something major happening, this one was like a bridge between Order of The Phoenix and Deathly Hallows), the ending was incredibly powerful though. Might've just been me that thought that, I had other reasons, but I heard people crying in the seats near me Tongue.

Anyone who hadn't read the book beforehand was raving about it, but I'd give it 7/10. The previous film I would've given 9.

o.o The only "attack" on the Weasley house I know is at the beginning of Deathly Hallows at the wedding.

And if you say so, I'm looking forward to see the powerful ending Laugh
