I noticed that when i send a message it stays in outbox for quite a while (few days) before it sends
Also the I don't get the email notification, just checked and the option is selected but yeah dont seem to work

It remains in the outbox until the receiver has read the pm, then it'll be moved to the sent messages box. And I don't know about the pm notifier, this forum build is really fucked up that I cannot really fix stuff anymore. The only solution would be to start all over again, but I don't think this is such a big issue that it's worth the effort.
