Who was on game when fg and bald caped? if no1 those runs are not valid also. Same with run vadru caped... I see only 4 valid vids^^

Check the rules again i asked lyst he said one who plays in tour. He isnt in oD but he also isnt in tour.

Hmm, everyone who has an invalid vid has time to cap before 21 march.
To award the players who sticked to the rules/deadline, you can choose if you recap or not as long you do it before 21 march.

Technically that observer only needs to be there if you cap yourself. Looking back at it now, it says "anyone is allowed to cap". Or did i miss something?
