I like this comment: I hope this game's storyline follows a hallucinating schizophrenic skater or else this whole thing is lame.

lol at all the SKATE fans in the comments. If I want to do something like in skate, I'd grab my skateboard and go outside. It gives satisfaction and a rush if you actually land some trick. Doing this on a pc is quite boring...
I like thps3 for the competive games that are in it (koth/ctf/cz) and I know they're in pretty much every online game. But just the feeling of freedom when going around in a level with a skateboard is so much better than walking with a AK47 playing the same game. All I need is an updated thps3 with tons of new small (similair size to thps3 levels) with the same physics, better graphics and more online features.
I don't need a street that turns into a halfpipe, nor doing any real life trick with a few buttons..

lol that sucks very hard. Idk why but games like thug and thaw are very much different to thps. I love thps3 cause its so simple. Ill get sws if its simple 2 Wink

Sounds interesting.. I'll definitely look at it. I couldn't find a quote exactly saying it'll be for pc as well as the other consoles, but most sites say it's pc.

Let's face it, thps is pretty much dead. I'll never leave th3 however, but if it's good and has online, now might be the time to have another golden age of skateboard online gaming. Can't wait to see.

Looked like EA skate, but worse. They had this grazy idea of shaping the city for skateboarders. It's like beetween the EA skate and non realistic tonyhawk games.

"Yes, we call that "shaping," so you can hop on, say, a rail, and then shape it up in the air to reach the rooftops in this city or take it down to link to something else."

Shaun white snowboarding was the shittiest snowboard game ever made, so i'm not really looking forward what they have done with skateboarding. The idea sounds too stupid to work. Could be fun to try, but that's about it. (N)

Old games just have that something.

To be fair, this looks nothing like Shaun White's snowboarding. snowboarding was basically a thps clone. Yeah I agree it looks a bit like SKATE (which I would play if it was on freaking pc)
