hey, can some plzz tell me how to hex my cas so i can get neon clothes. i already can do much other cas hex, but now i want to learn how to hex neon clothes. can some plzz teach me or tell me how to do it

just go to ondrugs.de.ms and go to hex tutorials!
EDIT: shit this site is down... Maybe somebody like vadru or demo should post a simple hex tutorial here.

i tried it from this site. but there so many '' in the hex editor. can some just plzz tell me how to do it or which one i need for the neon colthes

Well i got it, but i can only neon my shirt. I clicked the '' before a 'd' and i changed 22 in 17, then i click save as... and did other name. And then it worked for me.
