Can you buy the game in stores and get it converted from xbox/ps3 to pc?

I guess they first want to see if THPSHD is selling good on consoles, if it does, they'll probably release it for PC too.
I already bought about 4200 microsoft points for thpshd and their DLC haha (santa)
