I often host server in thps3 and 90% noobs join my server can i get any password to i can host anti-noob server and pro's know what is,u know what i mean : Original

I am not noob(i think)
My ta record is 275mil
my cz and ctf playing are average.

You'll have to do tryouts if you want the pro passwords. People just don't give them away. And obviously you must be trusted not to leak it to anyone outside the pro group (assuming you do get in). I would talk to lyst if you're interested.

On the other hand if you just want less noobs, you can either host a room using a LevelMod level (noobs without the mod can't join) or you can try one of the old pro passwords. Not going to mention them here, but they are on these forums if you do some looking.
