Game Freezes when clicking Internet

Please help me.. I played today online and I wanted to play again now but when I opened the game and as soon as I press Internet the game freezes.. Please help

the game freezes when it can't connect to the master server. keep in mind that openspy is just a homebrew replacement for the official servers and it's not very stable, meaning it may go down any time. there is nothing you can do about it until someone there will yawn and reboot it.
