No graf tag limit

This brings a potential to a new form of KOTH.
The crown degrades your stats to 0(default skater is 10). How about we set the crowns overall to 7/8/9 as an alternative(9 might be a bit too high as you probably will be skatin' 5-10 seconds behind someone in a straight line to get the crown, but it might be interesting). Vadru/Demo could add it in the options menu if they are in for it and this script will only work is host has it enabled in his server, just lime the graff tag limit.

I could create the script and share it, anybody in for some testing, to see if it's actually fun?

graf fix is a fix for a 32 limit bug, similiar to 251x multiplier limit (except it was way harder to fix). don't you think that if it was any fun and an easy thing to add new game type, such mod wouldn't appear in past 15 years?
